I have worked with multiple builders over the years, so can speak with personal experience about the quality of Cachet Homes construction. It is vastly superior and I would happily invite anyone interested in a Cachet Home to have a conversation about some of the major benefits and differences I have found. An unfortunate experience I had with another builder related to insulation and the fact that it was omitted from the entire home. Neither the ceiling nor the walls had any in them at all. Consequently, the home had to be completely stripped despite being nearly completed. Another builder uses finger jointed studs made from what in my experience is level three grade wood. The integrity of such materials would be, as one might guess, greatly compromised when placed under pressure. Every builder of whom I am aware uses Goodman HVAC systems, which is in my opinion a moderate builder-grade system. Cachet Homes uses Lennox systems which are rated one of the highest quality systems available. Further, water heaters are manufactured by Rheem, a highly rated brand in the industry, is tankless with recirculating lines, oversized, and highly efficient. Many builders still use tank heaters, and as most of us know, they are the least efficient and most expensive to operate. A home is the largest handmade product most of us will ever buy, meaning issues are certainly likely to arise. So to my thinking, the focus is better placed on overall quality and experience as opposed to one or two items, which in most cases, if the item is truly a warranty item, are resolved anyway. In my two-year experience, the company has addressed warranty items very quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction. Of course there are times when a homeowner challenges a decision feeling their approach to solving an issue is the only correct one. That makes a warranty discussion difficult but of the items I have seen, all have been addressed appropriately. However, as mentioned above, if anyone would like more of a discussion about the manifold reasons, in my opinion, someone would be edified by owning, and happy with the long-term ownership of a Cachet Home, I hope they will always feel free to reach out at any time.

We built a house in 2024 with cachet homes. We are over a year in and will say that their quality in the Arizona area is incomparable to the competition - and a true stand out. If you are building a new home, build with cachet. We moved from Chicago to Arizona and last second found a model of our dreams. Their floor plans and attention to living/design makes for a perfect modern plan. We selected a ranch style home with 4 bedrooms as it would be perfect for our family. we met Stephanie in sales. Stephanie was the reason we went with cachet, and she steered us in the right path with our budget and her extraordinary craft as we put together our home. We trusted her from the get go and are so thankful we found her. As the build went on we were so impressed by the trade workers and the vendors that cachet worked with all extremely professional and a true master of their crafts. Lisa took over from there, and managed the build process well - we loved her personality and charm. The true star was with Dennis our construction manager / he is truly the reason for the quality and detail of our home. Dennis kept everything moving on target and we became friends - he is the craft behind Cachet! Next we moved in, and had nick as our post-sale manager. Nick was extremely personal, helpful and friendly. Always responding to things quickly and coordinating things on time and with great communication. Thank you to the entire cachet team for the house of our dream with the quality you can only get with cachet.

Nice People but very difficult to deal with when you have issues. Hot water heater did not work properly from the beginning and it took them months to repair. Multiple visits before they agreed to replace the entire unit. Light fixture fell off in the garage 2-3 weeks after we moved in the new house and landed on the hood of my new vehicle. They wanted me to file it on my own insurance and they would pay the deductible. They agreed to pay but then acted like they were doing me a favor. If they show up for repairs, it’s likely the wrong day or time. I would not recommend.

Avoid Cachet. We had previously built with David Weekley in the same exact neighborhood and it was a pretty seamless experience (ie the DW sales team worked with us to resolve any issues successfully, the DW employees were kind). Cachet was the opposite. It was miserable. Do not trust anything they say verbally- get everything in writing no matter how reassuring they are about it. There were multiple mishaps by the builder along the way with no resolution/accountability. Constantly they would promise one thing and go back on their word. They breached their own policies. They do not communicate well between sales and construction leading to many misrepresentations to the buyer. There were no apologies or warmth or accountability- the sales team was nothing but rude and dismissive as soon as our contract was signed. Overall, I would not recommend

We bought a Cachet home in Grayhawk in 2018. The home was built in 2002 and there were about 60 homes built in Renaissance. Fast forward to today, while doing our remodel, we have had to replace ALL of our windows and above and below nearly every one of them, was black mold. This was due to improper sheathing and flashing on the original construction and sub standard windows. We even had mold in the kitchen walls and behind the hood. To add insult to injury, the sewer line under our living room had to be dug up because there was a 5 foot sag which was holding water. So for anyone buying a Cachet home, BEWARE! If you have leaking windows or windows with broken seals, you likely have Black mold that will need to be remediated.
