Steve Miller built a custom home for me in 2020.k He did a superior job. Steve is extremely easy to work with. His communication skills are outstanding. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. He made sure I was aware of anything that would effect the budget, high or low. Their work was high quality. He hires only qualified, dependable subs. My neighbors were very impressed with the timeliness of completion. His wife Rachel is a designer and led me along in color choices etc. Things went so smoothly I felt like the Millers were family at the end. Steven Miller built our home in Filer, Idaho which we moved into in October 2021. The home design is spectacular. Even so, we opted to expand some rooms and add on an additional bay to the garage. Steve was very responsive throughout the entire build process. Our relationship was quite collaborative. It is always stressful, building a new house and getting everything just the way you want it. But Steven made the entire process easy and comfortable. And the most important part is the end result. We absolutely love our new home.

We used Steve Miller (SSM Homes, of Idaho) to design and build our home on our 1.2 acre lot at the recommendation of our realtor. Construction started in the spring of 2021 and we moved in late October 2021 despite enduring delays and availability of thr pandemic. We are extremely happy with our home, and the quality of work. We were impressed with the design process, choosing all the amenities and such, and appreciate the involvement. We also appreciate the management of all the subcontractors. We love our home and are thankful for such a wonderful experience - Thank you, Steve. We would not hesitate using Steven Miller for another project if the situation presented itself.
