2020 was a strange and difficult year for many of us. It has definitely been one crazy year here at Intents Construction. Since I started my company in 2005 I have seen many changes in the industry and have adapted accordingly. This year has been no different.  This brings me to the reason for this new message. I have recently been presented with a personal opportunity that would take me in a whole new direction that is both very unexpected and yet very exciting for me. Unfortunately, the down side of this opportunity is that I will have to let go of the company which I have spent the past 15 years nurturing and growing. I have decided to accept the opportunity and Intents Construction will be closing its doors starting December 1st   2020. “John is the contractor that brings great ideas, a good sense of design, broad and extensive knowledge, along with attention to detail to the project. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work John and his team did for us. They removed faux beams from the front of the house and finished by doing some block work and painting. It looks fantastic!

I cannot say enough positive comments about our recent experience with Intents Construction and Mark Meredith, our Project Manager. When we bought our home we knew our master bathroom was going to need remodeling to take it from ugly and non-functional to beautiful and functional without changing the footprint...and on a tight budget. Mark was a wonderful partner from the get go and he was able to provide his expert advice in order to execute my vision. He managed every detail and held his subcontractors accountable to ensure all work was completed with the highest attention to detail. Even though we ran into some very minor hiccups, as all projects do, Mark and I were able to problem solve and resolve them very quickly and cost effectively to ensure the project timeline wasn't delayed and kept to our budget. Mark was always responsive to text messages, calls and emails - it made the whole process so much easier knowing he was always available to me. If you are lucky enough to work with Mark and Intents Construction you won't regret it, everybody from the office staff to the in-house workers, to the subcontractors were professional and friendly. I'm already working on design ideas for my kitchen!
