I am a Realtor here in Arizona and have used On Your Side to perform numerous repairs needed on homes where I have represented various sellers and buyers. I recently had a listing where the buyer had requested two ceiling fans be replaced prior to the close of escrow. I called Kevin and he quoted me a fair price, gave me a date to perform the work that was agreeable to all parties and did an excellent job. Both buyers and sellers were happy with the ceiling fans that were installed and the timeliness of the work.
