Working with the crew at Rafterhouse is nothing short of amazing. The team they have built from top to bottom is the cream of the crop. We work with several high end home builders in Arizona and these guys are among the best of the best. Good communication and easy to work with. They build the most beautiful homes and allow us the ability to do what we do best without feeling like we need to constant supervision. They pay on time and are just all around a really great company to work with.

Higgins Architects has been in business for over 30 years helping to shape the residential Architecture of Arcadia and Paradise Valley. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and his Team at Rafterhouse on four Homes including the development of their offices on 44th Street and Devonshire where we designed the two bungalows to the east of their main offices. When we provide our plans to a builder they can look better than the drawings would indicate and Austin and his team of professionals exceed the designs every time. It is their commitment to get things done right and in a timely manner. They have the Interior Design Staff if needed to supplement our plans and have great communication to keep us involved to refine the design as the construction process moves forward. They have my highest recommendation to Architects and Owners wishing to build a custom home!

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. From the moment you walk in their office to sit down to go over the plans, all the way through to the interior design finishes, everything with RafterHouse has been first class. We even hired RH to furnish the home to keep the style and design consistent inside and out. Keep up the excellent work!
