We have been trying to replace our handyman who retired. It has been a rough year. We could not find a reliable replacement. We came across Sonoran spoke to Yasser who we liked immediately. Not only was he professional, but very knowledgeable about working with property management. I thought our old handyman was great. But Sonoran and Yasser has turned out to be even better. He scheduled with tenants and keeps us informed through the whole process. We know exactly when repair is scheduled and completed. It has made tracking repairs on each property a breeze. I would recommend this company if you are looking to make life easier. Especially if you have several projects or properties.

😡🤢 It took two (2) months for them to finally come out and start our flooring install (estimate was done June, now August). They showed up three (3) hours late, worked for less than an hour, then bailed on the job, stating, "The flooring is substandard, and the floor is sub-par (flooring was Mohawk brand new in the boxes (which he approved in advance, and the floor was flat concrete). They "TOOK" two boxes of the flooring, and so when we (two old ladies, one handicapped man and a teenager, put the exact same flooring down the next day, we could not finish due to the missing flooring.) BTW, it looks perfect, and we did it in five hours ourselves. Yassir, David and Lucky, will not return phone calls or text messages, they are completely ghosting us. Next step, filing theft charges and with the contractors licensing as they claim to be licensed and insured.

Very professional service but more importantly a problem solver who looks beyond the ordinary to find creative and practical solutions. When installing a new stove we discovered that the gas line was preventing the stove from going back to the wall, so we hired Sonoran to move the gas line. After evaluating the situation a brand new solution was proposed which worked even better and cost less than half the initial estimate. This level of uncommon integrity and problem solving is refreshing. Sonoran is now my go-to company for any kind of handy man work.

Awesome Job, Quick and Very professional. Gets the Job done, Customer service is the best in the AZ-PHX valleys. When I need plumbing work completed in my business or home they are who I trust and call. They responded to a water emergency in my residence fast.
