The tradition of fine home building has been in Dan’s family for 3 generations. This created a passion for building at the age of 21 and still continues today. Dan received his start in the construction industry working for a remodeling company and has expanded into custom home building ever since. Dan’s experience cover’s every area of home construction, design, and project management. His experience in framing will ensure the home structure is sound while his experience working on interior aspects of home building will provide knowledge that all customers need to have access to so their dreams can become a reality. Dan is a Chicago native and has many fond memories growing up on the shores of Lake Michigan. After 26 years, he transplanted to warmer weather where he met his wife and the mother of their two children. When Dan has down time, which is a rarity, Dan is an involved father and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and vacationing in Mexico. Dan has continued his education with a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Your vision and concept are now brought to life. Our talented team of sub-contractors will assemble your home or project in a detailed manner. Construction progress meetings will be held on a bi-weekly basis to ensure proper workflow and communication. “Sonoran Desert Homes mission is to provide the highest quality work and to bring customer designs and ideas to completion. We want to be able to help them effectively communicate their desires and vision for their project and help them make this a reality.” We just completed a 3,000 square foot remodel of our entire house with Sonoran Desert Homes, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. We have built or remodeled several homes over the last 30 years, so we are very familiar with the frustration that accompanies these projects; but, not this time! Dan was always on time (yes, ALWAYS), is very honest, respectful, and, most importantly, produces top-quality work. I want to highlight how Sonoran Desert Homes went above and beyond to help a few Chuck wallows and a desert spiny lizard stuck in a wall that was due to be demolished. It’s rare to see people really go out of their way to do the right thing these days. They tried calling several companies without any luck, until they got a hold of my business. The happy outcome in this case are a few very appreciative lizards. Way to go guys.

Dan just finished a 900 square foot gameroom/bedroom/bathroom addition for us. He finished on-time, on-budget and the quality of the construction was excellent. He was willing to be flexible on some specific requests we had for our project and ensured the projected turned out just like we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to use Dan again in the future.
