Almost 2 years ago part of my roof caught on fire. My neighbors didn’t turn off a cigarette right and there house caught on fire and traveled to my attic. They had left a card on my mailbox and i decided to call to get an idea of what the repairs would be. The fire department told me I would be out for a week. Turned out the fire had damaged allot. ST LLC told me I was going to need new trusses, new waiting, new plumbing since the newer homes plumbing runs through the attic, new ac vents and dry wall. They gave me allot of helpful info. I had tried working with another company and they weren’t willing to work with me for the amount of money my insurance was giving me. And Strong tower said they would so I went back to them. it did take longer then expected, it took about a year but it was worth it. This house was my dad’s American dream so when he passed I took over it and didn’t want to see it go. Even with all the repairs that needed to be done . They even put new counter tops in my kitchen and both my bathroom. My counters in the kitchen and guest bathroom got damaged while the fire department was trying to turn off the fire. They are nicer then what i had before and they replaced the counter top in my master as well so it could match with the rest of the house and they gave me options to choose from. They also replaced the nobs in the entire house to match with the color scheme I had mentioned to them about. The porch is nicer then the one we had before. They had to take it off for the roof repair. Overall Im very happy with my home and Im happy to be back and enjoying it once again my dogs have there space and it like nothing ever happened. Al post some before pictures of how my home looked when it was damaged. I recently had to get a water heater and it wasn’t in my budget to get a new one and they helped me find someone to get my water heater replaced as well.
